ASSISTANCE TO POLICE CHARITIES: THE CPF PROVIDES MONETARY SUPPORT AND ASSISTANCE TO POLIOCE CHARITIES THAT PROVIDE PROGRAMS TO ENRICH THE LIVES OF CLEVELANDS YOUTH AND FAMILIES AND TO FUND THE PURCHASE OF EQUIPMENT AND TECHNOLOGY THAT ENHANCES THE ABILITY OF POLICE TO PROTECT THE COMMUNITY.
COMMUNITY POLICING & ENGAGEMENT INITIATIVES (CPI): THE CLEVELAND POLICE FOUNDATION (CPP) WORKS TO ASSIT THE CLEVELAND DIVISION OF POLICE IN FORGING STRONGER BONDS WITH THE COMMUNITY IT SERVES. TO ACCOMPLISH THAT, THE CPF WORKS PROACTIVELY TO SUPPORT AND INVEST IN PROGRAMS, PROJECTS, AND EVENTS THAT FOSTER POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN CITIZENS AND POLICE OFFICERS, HELPING OFFICERS TO BETTER PERFORM THEIR DUTIES.
INTERNAL RELATIONS AND MORALE DEVELOPMENT (IRMD) PROGRAM: THE CPF PROVIDES SUPPORT TO MEMBERS OF THE CLEVELAND DIVISION OF POLICE AND THEIR FAMILIES, PROVIDES SUPPORT TO FAMILIES AND COLLEAGUES OF OFFICERS WHO DIE IN THE LINE OF DUITY, AND INVESTS IN TRAINING AND EDUCATION TO CONTINUALLY IMPROVE LAW ENFORCEMENT PERFORMANCE AND PUBLIC SAFETY.
