HEART MIND HAVEN (HMH) IS A COLORADO BASED NOT FOR PROFIT ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO BUILDING PUBLIC AWARENESS, PROVIDING RESOURCES AND SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS STRUGGLING WITH MENTAL ILLNESS. THROUGH COMMUNITY BASED VOLUNTEERS AND PROGRAMS, WE WILL EMPOWER THOSE SUFFERING FROM OR EXPERIENCING MENTAL HEALTH CHALLENGES TO LIVE PRODUCTIVE, FRUITFUL, AND EMPOWERED LIVES.OUR MISSION IS TO EDUCATE, SUPPORT AND PROVIDE PROGRAMS TO ENHANCE AND PROMOTE WELLNESS AND TRANSITIONAL LIVING FOR THOSE STRUGGLING WITH MENTAL ILLNESS WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF REESTABLISHING THE VITAL HUMAN CONNECTION.

HEART MIND HAVEN (HMH) MADE TREMENDOUS STRIDES IN PROVIDING SAFE, AFFORDABLE AND RECOVERY HOUSING FOR OUR MOST VULNERABLE LGBTQIA+ COMMUNITY MEMBERS. AS OF THIS REPORT, HMH HAS PROVIDED AN ACCUMULATIVE TOTAL OF 57 SANCTUARY BEDS TO INDIVIDUALS THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF COLORADO SEEKING SAFE, RESPECTFUL, AND SUPPORTIVE HOUSING. IN ADDITION TO THE HOUSING, HMH PROVIDES OPPORTUNITIES FOR EACH RESIDENT TO PARTICIPATE IN WEEKLY ACTIVITIES CENTERED ON RECOVERY, FUN AND GENERAL INTEREST THAT ALLOW EACH RESIDENT TO GROW EMOTIONALLY, SOCIALLY, AND INTELLECTUALLY.NEARLY 100% OF ALL OUR RESIDENTS HAVE GAINED EMPLOYMENT AND/OR HAVE ENTERED EDUCATION/VOCATIONAL PROGRAMS.
