ACCOMPLISHMENTS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDED SEPTEMBER 30, 2022: - PLANNED AND EXECUTED THE 2022 FESTIVAL EXPANDING IT TO FOUR PLAYS WITH TWO READINGS OF EACH PLAY, FOLLOWING STRICT COVID PROTOCOLS MANDATED BY THE ACTORS EQUITY UNION. - FEATURED A FEMALE NAVAJO PLAYWRIGHT WHOSE PLAY HAD AN ALL NAVAJO CAST AND CREW. - HIRED THREE STUDENT INTERNS TO ENCOURAGE CAREERS IN THE ARTS. - HIRED FLC STUDENT AND ALUMNI FOR STAGE MANAGER, ASSISTANT STAGE MANAGER AND ACTOR POSITIONS. GOALS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2023: - PLAN AND EXECUTE THE 2023 FESTIVAL, FOLLOWING STRICT COVID PROTOCOLS MANDATED BY THE ACTORS EQUITY UNION. - FEATURE FREE WORKSHOPS AND PANEL DISCUSSIONS FOR THE COMMUNITY. - HIRE AS MANY FLC STUDENTS/ALUMNI AND COMMUNITY MEMBERS INTO POSITIONS SUCH AS STAGE MANAGER, ASSISTANT STAGE MANAGER, DRIVER, PRODUCTION ASSISTANT, ACTOR AND INTERN. - INCREASE NUMBER OF CORPORATE SPONSORS.
