- SUPPORTED OUR LARGEST AND MOST DIVERSE COHORT WITH 63 FELLOWS FROM 52 CITIES SERVING 3.65 MILLION STUDENTS, WITH 82% POC.- SUPPORTED OUR FELLOWS TO DRAFT 28 NEW POLICIES TO FUNDAMENTALLY IMPROVE THEIR SYSTEMS FOR STUDENTS OF COLOR.- SUPPORTED 34 OF OUR FELLOWS TO BECOME THE PRESIDENT OR VICE PRESIDENT OF THEIR BOARD, GREATLY INCREASING THEIR POWER TO SET THE GOALS AND PRIORITIES OF THE SYSTEM AND MANAGE THEIR RESPECTIVE SUPERINTENDENTS.- SUPPORTED 10 FELLOWS TO REVISE THEIR SUPERINTENDENT EVALUATION TOOL AND PROCESS.- PILOTED SCHOOL BOARD CANDIDATE TRAINING PROGRAMS IN 2 CITIES. - COMPLETED THE LARGEST AND FIRST NATIONAL SURVEY OF ELECTED SCHOOL BOARD MEMBERS WITH RESULTS DISAGGREGATED BY RACE AND LOCALE, AND WE WILL PUBLISH OUR FIRST RESEARCH PAPER THIS FALL.
