. TO EMPOWER STUDENT LEADERS TO TRANSFORM THEIR CAMPUSES WITH THE GOSPEL, ONE LIFE AT A TIME.
Describe the Organization's Program Activity:
Part 3 - Line 4a
IN THE CALENDAR YEAR OF 2021, AS CAMPUS ONE80 HAS COME THROUGH THE SECOND YEAR OF THE PANDEMIC, IT HAS MAINTAINED ITS INCOME AND STAFF LEVELS. OUR STAFF NUMBERS STAYED AT 33. WE WERE FORCED TO PUT 3 MINISTRY PLANTS ON HOLD, AS THE CAMPUSES THEY WERE ON SEVERELY LIMITED IN PERSON CONTACT WITH STUDENTS. DESPITE THAT SET BACK WE WERE ABLE TO BEGIN PLANTING AT PENN STATE IN THE FALL. WE CONTINUED TO FOCUS ON STAFF SUPPORT AND TRAINING AND WE EXPANDED OUR ONLINE PRESENCE. WE HAVE BEGUN TO PREPARE FOR FUTURE GROWTH, SO AS OUR CAMPUSES RESUME A MORE TYPICAL STUDENT ENROLLMENT, WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO RECOVER VERY QUICKLY. OUR STUDENT HOUSE SUCCESSFULLY RAN, DESPITE THE LOW NUMBERS OF STUDENTS TAKING IN PERSON CLASSES. IT WAS A CHALLENGING YEAR, BUT AS MANY CAMPUS MINISTRIES WERE LOSING STAFF AND CAMPUSES, WE HAVE LARGELY COME THROUGH THE YEAR WITHOUT LOSS AND THE POTENTIAL FOR GROWTH, AS CAMPUSES RESUME IN PERSON CLASSES.
