MERCY LIFE IS A NEW HEALTH CARE CHOICE FOR SENIORS LIVING IN WESTERN MASSACHUSETTS. MERCY LIFE IS A PROGRAM OF ALL-INCLUSIVE CARE FOR THE ELDERLY (PACE). THIS UNIQUE MODEL OF CARE SERVES FRAIL ELDERS WHO ARE ELIGIBLE FOR NURSING-HOME-LEVEL CARE BY PROVIDING COMPREHENSIVE SERVICES THAT ALLOW THEM TO REMAIN HEALTHY, SAFE AND INDEPENDENT AT HOME.THE LIFE CENTER, AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE PROGRAM, OFFERS A FULL MEDICAL CLINIC AND ADULT DAY CENTER IN ONE FACILITY WHERE PARTICIPANTS CAN RECEIVE HEALTH CARE AND SOCIAL ENGAGEMENT IN A SAFE, COMFORTABLE AND STIMULATING ENVIRONMENT.
