OUR MISSION IS BUILDING A CULTURE NATIONWIDE FOR TRANSGENDER PEOPLE TO THRIVE IN THE WORKPLACE.TRANSCANWORK IS EXCITED TO GROW FINANCIALLY SO WE CAN GROW OUR SERVICES TO SUPPORT TRANSGENDER, GENDER DIVERSE, AND INTERSEX JOB SEEKERS THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA. IN 2022, WE'LL BE PARTNERING WITH A NUMBER OF COMPANIES TO CREATE PATHWAYS PROGRAMS, REFERRING OUR CLIENTS TO STATE-CERTIFIED TRAINING AND APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAMS, AND GROWING OUR OWN JOBS BOARD FOR COMPANIES TO DIRECTLY BE IN TOUCH WITH OUR JOB SEEKERS. ADDITIONALLY, WE ARE EXCITED TO GROW OUR PARTNERSHIPS WITH CORPORATIONS PURSUING EQUALITY IN THE WORKPLACE.
