CAREER CONNECT WASHINGTON:- MACHINISTS INSTITUTE WILL BUILD OUT A WEBSITE AND MARKETING/OUTREACH MATERIALS FOR THE INTERNSHIP, BOOT CAMP, AND PRE-APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAMS CONTRACTING OUT TO TRIO GROUP.- OBTAIN AN OPEN SITE LICENSE FOR 20-30 STUDENTS THROUGH ELECTUDE, AN ONLINE LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM WITH TRAINING IN ALL EIGHT ASE AREAS OF AUTOMOTIVE ESSENTIALS PLUS ELECTRIC DRIVE FOR ONE YEAR- ALIGN THE RENTON SCHOOL DISTRICT (RSD) CURRICULUM WITH THE HEAVY-DUTY EQUIPMENT MECHANIC APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM, INCLUDING OPTION TO GRANT RSI AND OJT CREDIT WITH THE PROGRAM.

WORKED WITH MARITIME CENTER OF EXCELLENCE FOR OUTREACH TO MARITIME MANUFACTURING EMPLOYERS TO PROVIDE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO DEVELOP NEW AND EXPAND EXISTING REGISTERED APPRENTICESHIP IN MARITIME MANUFACTURING.- DELIVERED MENTORSHIP MATTERS TRAINING, AN ONLINE SEMINAR THAT TEACHES COMMUNICATION SKILLS THAT MAKE THE WORKPLACE MORE EFFECTIVE AND EFFICIENT.
