IN THIS FINANCIAL YEAR, WE SERVED 6,500 TEEN GIRLS, OVER 70% OF COLOR, RESULTING IN OVER 50,000 LEARNING HOURS AND 40,000 CURRICULUM ACTIVITIES TOWARDS THEIR BUSINESS PLANS AND VENTURES. APPROXIMATELY 75% OF STUDENTS WERE UNDERWRITTEN WITH THE SUPPORT OF FUNDERS. VENTURES SPAN INDUSTRIES INCLUDING CONSUMER PRODUCTS, HEALTH, RETAIL, ENVIRONMENT, SERVICE AND TECH WITH 50% FOCUSED ON STEM. PROGRAMMING CONTINUED TO PRODUCE KEY OUTCOMES IN THESE YOUNG WOMEN INCLUDING: 85% GRADS REPORTING IMPROVED LEADERSHIP CONFIDENCE. LONGER-TERM OUTCOMES INCLUDE 98% REPORT GWI PROGRAM IMPROVED COLLEGE ADMISSIONS AND 95% EXPERIENCE INCREASED CONFIDENCE.
