THE PURPOSE OF THE UPPER DUBLIN CITIZEN EMERGENCY FUND WAS EXPANDED IN SEPTEMBER 2021 DUE TO THE EFFECTS OF AN EF2 TORNADO THAT STRUCK THE COMMUNITY ON SEPTEMBER 1, 2021. DONATIONS INTO THE FUND WERE SOLICITED AND APPLICATIONS FOR RELIEF WERE ACCEPTED FROM RESIDENTS. AT THE END OF 2021, 31,116 HAS BEEN ISSUED TO EFFECTED INDIVIDUALS IN NEED.
