FIDELIS PROVIDES A CATHOLIC MENTORING PROGRAM FOR CATHOLIC PARISHES TO SPONSOR AND OPERATE UNDER THEIR OWN VOLUNTEER LEADERSHIP. THE PROGRAM CONSISTS OF WEEKLY MEETINGS DURING THE ACADEMIC YEAR (AUGUST-MAY) TOTALING APPROXIMATELY 32 MEETINGS AND 2 TO 3 RETREATS. THE CURRICULUM IMPLEMENTED BY THE VOLUNTEERS IS DESIGNED FOR YOUNG WOMEN AGE 11 OR IN THE 6TH GRADE TO 18 OR A SENIOR IN HIGH SCHOOL. DURING THE YEAR ENDED SEPTEMBER 30, 2021, 415 YOUNG WOMEN WERE REGISTERED AS ACTIVE PARTICIPANTS IN THE PROGRAM ALONG WITH 185 ADULT VOLUNTEERS.
