EDUCATION AND TRAINING- AFN IS COMMITTED TO EDUCATING MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS AND MULTIDISCIPLINARY MEMBERS OF THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM IN RECOGNITION OF ABUSE /NEGLECT / MALTREATMENT; FORENSIC EXAMINATION; FORENSIC COURT TESTIMONY; AND FURTHERING PROVISION OF SERVICES TO VICTIMS OF TRAUMA ACROSS THE LIFESPAN. THE AFN HAS TRAINED OVER 500 PROFESSIONALS VIA TRAINING SESSIONS AND E-BLAST FORUMS.
