THE FOUNDATION UNITED ACTIVELY CONFRONTS THE ISSUE OF SEX TRAFFICKING THROUGH EDUCATION, OUTREACH AND AWARNESS PROGRAMS DESIGNED TO PREVENT SEX TRAFFICKING AND EXPLOITATION. IT ALSO SUPPORTS INTERVENTION AND SAFE HOUSING PROGRAMS FOR SURVIVORS OF SEX TRAFFICKING AND EXPLOITATION.

THE PROTECTION PILLAR, COMPRISED OF GLOBAL STRATEGIC OPERATIVES AND THE NATIONAL TRAINING CADRE, TRAINS THE FRONT LINES OF THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM AND HEALTHCARE SYSTEMS TO RECOGNIZE THIS CRIME AND RESCUE SURVIVORS. THROUGH AWARENESS AND ADVOCACY, WE EDUCATE INDIVIDUALS AROUND THE GLOBE ON THIS ISSUE AND HOW TO COLLABORATIVELY ERADICATE IT. WE ADVOCATE FOR KEY LEGISLATION WHICH AIMS TO SYSTEMICALLY FIGHT SEX TRAFFICKING, EXPLOITATION AND ABUSE, AND PARTNER WITH THE PARLIAMENTARY INTELLIGENCE SECURITY FORUM TASK FORCE ON HUMAN TRAFFICKING TO CONNECT WORLD LEADERS WITH SCALABLE SOLUTIONS. UNTIL WE COMPLETELY ERADICATE SEX TRAFFICKING AND EXPLOITATION, WE SUPPORT VETTED AFTER-CARE AND SAFE HOUSING PROGRAMS FOR SURVIVORS (PROVISION INITIATIVE). OUR HEART IS TO END THIS ISSUE BY GETTING TO THE ROOT AND CHANGING SYSTEMS, SO THAT, ONE DAY, THERE IS NO LONGER A NEED FOR RESIDENTIAL PROGRAMS.
THE PREVENTION PILLAR PROVIDES ENTIRE SCHOOL DISTRICTS, INCLUDING ALL FACULTY/STAFF AND K-12TH GRADERS WITH SPEAK UP, A UNIQUE TRAIN-THE-TRAINER MODEL WITH PROVEN OUTCOMES TO PREVENT CHILDREN FROM EXPLOITATION. WE ALSO OFFER THE COOL AUNT SERIES, A UNIQUE MULTI-MEDIA EXPERIENCE THAT WALKS TEENS AND PARENTS THROUGH THE STREAMS OF INFLUENCE - THE 7 RISK FACTORS THAT LEAD TO SEX TRAFFICKING: SURVIVAL, TRAFFICKER, RECRUITER, ENVIRONMENT, ABUSE, MEDIA, AND SOLICITATION. REAL TALK IS A CATALYTIC TOOL WHICH AWAKENS AND EMPOWERS THE CHURCH WITH PREVENTION CURRICULUM AND MORE FOR KINDERGARTEN THROUGH LEADERSHIP.
