TO ACCOMPLISH THAT, THE CPF WORKS PROACTIVELY TO SUPPORT AND INVEST IN PROGRAMS, PROJECTS, AND EVENTS THAT FOSTER POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN CITIZENS AND POLICE OFFICERS, HELPING OFFICERS TO BETTER PERFORM THEIR DUTIES.
