FILE COMPLIANCE COMPLAINTS WITH CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION OR THE OFFICE OF CIVIL RIGHTS, REQUESTING AN ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING IF THE DESIRED RESULTS ARE NOT ACHIEVED.
