THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION IS TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC CONCERNING WINTER ACTIVITIES AND SPORTS AND TO RAISE FUNDS FOR OTHER CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES, INCLUDING MAKING DONATIONS TO OTHER CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS AND AWARDING SCHOLARSHIPS. THE ORGANIZATION HAS, AND INTENDS TO CONTINUE, TO PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL COURSES CONCERNING WINTER ACTIVITIES (SPECIFICALLY AVALANCHE TRAINING) AND TO RAISE MONEY FOR THE OTHER CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS AND FOR EDUCATIONAL SCHOLARSHIPS, PRIMARILY FROM ITS ANNUAL HILL CLIMB EVENT.

ANNUAL HILL CLIMB FUNDRAISER EVENT - A FOUR DAY ANNUAL FUND-RAISING EVENT. THE ORGANIZATION INVITES SNOWMOBILE RACERS FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD TO COMPETE IN AMATEUR TO PROFESSIONAL LEVEL HILL CLIMB RACES. DURING THIS EVENT, VOLUNTEERS SELL CONCESSIONS (FOOD, BEVERAGES AND T-SHIRTS) ALL PURCHASED BY THE CLUB. A RAFFLE FOR THE BENEFIT OF PREDETERMINED CHARITIES IS HELD WHERE ALL PROCEEDS ARE DONATED TO THE CHARITIES.
THE CLUB WORKS WITH THE JACKSON HOLE HIGH SCHOOL AND THE WYOMNG STATE SNOWMOBILE ASSOCIATION TO GRADE TWO PAGE ESSAYS SUBMITTED BY HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS. SCHOLARSHIPS WERE AWARDED TO 2 HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS TO ASSIST WITH COLLEGE FUNDING.
OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES - (ALL COMPLETED WITH VOLUNTEER MEMBER HOURS) A. HIGHWAY LITTER CONTROL - IN MAY AND OCTOBER APPROXIMATELY 15 MEMBERS HELP CLEAN UP A STRETCH OF HIGHWAY 89 FROM HOBACK CAMPGROUND TO GRANITE. B. AVALANCHE TRAINING COURSES ARE OFFERED TO CHILDREN AND YOUNG ADULTS IN THE WINTER SEASON EACH YEAR. APPROXIMATELY 25 BENEFITTED FROM THE CLASS. C. WSSA FUN DAYS - APPROXIMATELY 20 MEMBERS ATTENDED THE WSSA FUN DAYS. THE STATE SNOWMOBILE ASSOCIATION EVENT PROVIDES MEMBERS THE OPPORTUNITY TO DISCUSS AND LEARN ABOUT CURRENT EVENTS IN THE SPORT OF SNOWMOBILING.
