(AWARDED BY FORMULA ON AN OBJECTIVE NONDISCRIMINATORY BASIS.)FREE OUTREACH AND TRAINING FOR COMMUNITY AGENCIES IN THE STATE OF NEBRASKA REGARDING CAREER OPTIONS, SCHOLARSHIPS, FAFSA COMPLETION, FINANCIAL AID OPTIONS, AND OTHER COLLEGE PLANNING MATERIALS FOR THEIR CLIENTS.
