THE ORGANIZATION OPERATES TWO HOMES IN FREMONT COUNTY, WYOMING AS SHELTERS FOR TROUBLED YOUTH. THE GROUP HOME RECEIVES A LARGE PORTION OF ITS FUNDING FROM THE STATE OF WYOMING DEPARTMENT OF FAMILY SERVICES (DFS), AND THE WYOMING CRISES CONTRACT (ALSO DFS). THE WYOMING DFS PROGRAM PROVIDES FOR FREMONT COUNTY GROUP HOME TO BILL DFS AND BE PAID ON A MONTHLY BASIS AT A DAILY RATE FOR CHILDREN WHO STAY IN THE GROUP HOME PURSANT TO INDIVIDUAL CONTRACTS. THE CRISES CONTRACT PAY FREMONT COUNTY GROUP HOME TO MAINTAIN THE AVALABILITY OF BEDS IN THE GROUP HOME FOR CHILDREN IN CRISES SITUATIONS,
