REHAB SERVICES: ADULT DAY SERVICES, COMMUNITY LIVING SERVICES, COMMUNITY SUPPORT SERVICES, COMPANION, INDIVIDUAL HABILITATION TRAINING, PERSONAL CARE, RESPITE, SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT
COMMUNITY PROGRAMS: THE INDEPENDENT LIVING PROGRAM IS FOCUSED ON ASSISTING YOUTH WHO ARE, OR WERE, IN A COURT-ORDERED PLACEMENT TO BECOME SELF SUFFICIENT ADULTS. THESE SERVICES INCLUDE EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE,EMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE, LIFE SKILLS TRAINING, HOUSING ASSISTANCE AND TRANSITIONAL PLANS. COMMUNITY PROGRAMS: THE WENDYS WONDERFUL KIDS PROGRAM PROVIDES EVERY STATE IN THE NATION WITH AT LEAST ONE CHILD SPECIFIC ADOPTION RECRUITER. THIS RECRUITER WORKS ALONGSIDE THE STATE CASE WORKER TO HELP FIND PERMANENT FAMILY CONNECTIONS FOR YOUTH IN FOSTER CARE. THIS INCLUDES FACILITATING ADOPTIONS, LEGAL GUARDIANSHIPS AND SAFE FAMILY RE-UNIFICATION. THE PROGRAM IS FUNDED BY GRANT PROCEEDS FROM WENDY'S RESTAURANT FOUNDATION.
