THE CORPORATION HOLDS TITLE TO AND MAINTAINS THE BUILDING AND PROPERTY IN WHICH THE MASONIC ORGANIZATIONS MEET. THE MASONIC ORGANIZATIONS ARE SHAREHOLDERS OF THE CORPORATION. AT THE BEGINNING OF THE FISCAL YEAR, THE SHAREHOLDERS TRANSFER FUNDS TO THE CORPORATION TO COVER MAINTENANCE EXPENSES FOR THE YEAR. MAINTENANCE INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO GENERAL MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS. AT THE END OF THE YEAR, THE CORPORATION TRANSFERS ANY EXCESS CASH BACK TO THE SHAREHOLDERS.
