THE FOUNDATION ADMINISTERS 954 DIFFERENT ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIPS FOR BOISE STATE UNIVERSITY. APPLICANTS MAY BE REQUIRED TO WRITE AN ESSAY, PROVIDE TRANSCRIPTS, AND IF APPLYING FOR SCHOLARSHIPS REQUIRING FINANCIAL NEED APPLICANTS MUST INCLUDE THE FREE APPLICATION FOR FEDERAL STUDENT AID REPORT (FAFSA). OTHER REQUIREMENTS MAY BE INCLUDED, DEPENDING ON THE SCHOLARSHIP. DURING FISCAL YEAR END JUNE 30, 2021, THE FOUNDATION DISTRIBUTED 2,324 SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS TO 1,588 RECIPIENTS.
THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES SUPPORT SERVICES FOR BOTH THE BRONCO ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION AND THE BSU ALUMNI ASSOCIATION. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, MEMBER LISTS, DATA ENTRY AND UPDATES, FINANCIAL SUPPORT THROUGH DONATION RECEIPTS, REPORTING, AND OTHER AD HOC SERVICES AS THEY ARE NEEDED SUCH AS MANAGING REGISTRATION FOR EVENTS.
