TO BRING JOY TO THE INPATIENT HOSPITAL EXPERIENCE FOR CHILDREN WITH CANCER BY DELIVERING PACKAGES INCLUDING BACKPACKS CONTAINING ITEMS GEARED TOWARD TRANSFORMING THE HOSPITAL EXPERIENCE FOR EVERY NEW PEDIATRIC CANCER PATIENT AS WELL AS IMPROVING RECREATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR PATIENTS. DURING THE 2021 CALENDAR YEAR, THE ORGANIZATION DELIVERED SMILE PACKS TO NEWLY DIAGNOSED PEDIATRIC CANCER PATIENTS. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO DELIVERED CRAFT KITS AND INSPIRATIONAL GREETING CARDS TO PEDIATRIC PATIENTS ACROSS THE COUNTRY AND AS A PART OF THE "MADDIE'S CHARACTER CLOSET" INITIATIVE, CUSTOMIZED BOXES OF TOY FIGURINES WERE SUPPLIED TO PEDIATRIC CANCER HOSPITALS ACROSS THE COUNTRY.
