WOMEN IN ELECTRONICS, FUELED BY AUTHENTICITY, IS A COMMUNITY OF PROGRESSIVE WOMEN LEADERS AT ALL STAGES OF THEIR CAREERS DEDICATED TO EXPANDING THE OPPORTUNITIES FOR WOMEN IN THE FAST-PACED ELECTRONICS INDUSTRY.

THE WOMEN IN ELECTRONICS (WE) MISSION IS TO OPEN THE OPPORTUNITIES FOR WOMEN IN THE ELECTRONICS INDUSTRY. WE HAVE THREE MAIN PROGRAMS FOR TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT WHICH ARE MONTHLY LEADERSHIP GROWTH SERIES THAT FOCUSES ON DEVELOPING INCLUSIVE LEADERSHIP SKILLS. IT IS OFFERED TO MEMBERS COMPLIMENTARY AND NON-MEMBERS FOR A SMALL FEE. SECOND, THE MENTORSHIP PROGRAM, STARTED AS A NATIONAL PROGRAM BUT NOW IS GLOBAL AND MATCHES WE MEMBERS WITH SPECIFIC MENTORS IN THE INDUSTRY THAT CAN NOT ONLY MENTOR THEM, BUT ALSO SERVE AS INDUSTRY ALLYS. THIS IS A MEMBER BENEFIT. FINALLY, CHAPTERS WHICH ARE VIRTUAL, ALL INDUSTRY THOUGHT LEADERSHIP DISCUSSION THAT APPLIES OUR MONTHLY DEVELOPMENT CONTENT INTO REAL LIFE WHERE MEMBERS CAN EXCHANGE IDEAS AND GROW TOGETHER. REGISTRATION IS COMPLIMENTARY FOR MEMBERS AND A SMALL FEE FOR NON-MEMBERS. SOME ADDITIONAL COMPLIMENTARY OFFERINGS ARE THE ANNUAL LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE WHICH IS A THREE-DAY SUMMIT THAT INCLUDES CONTENT SPECIFICALLY CURATED TO DEVELOP INCLUSIVE LEADERS IN THE ELECTRONICS INDUSTRY AND REALTED MARKETS, AS WELL AS DISCUSS CRITICAL TOPICS IMPACTING CAREER ADVANCEMENT AND INDUSTRY GROWTH. WOMEN IN ELECTRONICS ALSO OFFERS A COLLEGIATE INITIATIVE BY APPROACHING COLLEGES TO RECRUIT DIVERSE TALENT, AND THE CAREER CORNER FOR MEMBERS TO BE ABLE TO SEARCH FOR INDUSTRY OPPORTUNITIES AND HOST THEIR RESUME IF THEY CHOOSE. THERE IS ALSO THE QUARTERLY LIFE BALANCE SERIES, WHERE WE HAVE SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTS TALK ABOUT WOMENS HEALTH AND WELLNESS ISSUES THAT WILL CONTRIBUTE TO ENHANCING THEIR PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL LIVES. IT IS OFFERED TO MEMBERS COMPLIMENTARY AND NON-MEMBERS FOR A SMALL FEE. INDUSTRY SPECIAL EVENTS - SPEAKING ON THE DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION TOPIC AT A FEW INDUSTRY EVENTS PER YEAR, WHICH IS A COMPLIMENTARY SERVICE TO THE INDUSTRY. LASTLY, WE ALSO PROVIDE RESOURCES BY RESEARCHING ON DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION AND OFFERING VETTED DATA AND ARTICLES AS A RESOURCE TO THE INDUSTRY AT LARGE.
