1. WE EVACUATED ONE HEART PATIENT TO INDIA, TWO PATIENTS TO ADDIS ABBA AND ETHIOPIA. MOST RECENTLY, ONE PATIENT HAD A SUCCESSFUL SURGERY AT THE MCM/BETHANY KIDS HOSPITAL IN ADDIS ABBA. ANOTHER PATIENT WITH MULTIPLE BIRTH DEFECTS IS STILL RECEIVING TREATMENT IN BOTH CURE ETHIOPIA AND BETHANY KIDS HOSPITAL. THE PATIENT HAS BEEN ACCOMMODATED IN MISSION OF CHARITY WITH HIS MOTHER SINCE JULY 2019. WE ALSO EVACUATED 2 HEART PATIENTS TO GHANA; ONE SUCCESSFULLY RETURNED AFTER HIS FIRST SURGERY AND IS EXPECTED TO DO HIS FINAL OPEN-HEART SURGERY IN TWO YEARS TIME. OUR FOUNDATION PAID AIR FARES FOR PATIENTS AND ESCORTS AND TOOK CARE OF THEIR FEEDING AND ACCOMMODATION. 2. WE GAVE PATIENTS ADMITTED AT EDWARD FRANCIS SMALL TEACHING HOSPITAL (EFSTH) A SUM OF MONEY TO PURCHASE PRESCRIPTION DRUGS. WE ALSO BOUGHT 4 URINE DEEP STICK, 2 BLOOD PRESSURE MACHINES AND 2 BLOOD SUGAR/GLUCOSE MACHINE FOR THE HOSPITAL. 3. WE CONSTRUCTED THREE MAJOR BOREHOLES IN REMOTE COMMUNITIES OF THE GAMBIA. RECENTLY, WE REPAIRED A FAULTY BOREHOLE FOR THE COMMUNITY OF YUNDUM AND BOUGHT A WATER PUMPING MACHINE TO RESTORE ACCESS TO CLEAN DRINKING WATER FOR THE MOSQUE AND SOME RESIDENTS OF YUNDUM. CURRENTLY TWO WELL PROJECTS ARE IN PROGRESS IN TWO VILLAGES IN THE GAMBIA. 4. WE PROVIDED ASSORTED MORTUARY ITEMS RANGING FROM SOAP, COTTON, PERFUME, DETERGENTS, TOWELS, GLOVES SHROUDS AMONG OTHERS TO THE BRIKAMA, SEREKUNDA GENERAL HOSPITAL AND EFSTH MORTUARIES. WE RENOVATED THE FEMALE TOILET FACILITY OF THE BRIKAMA HEALTH CENTRE MORTUARY IN DECEMBER 2019. 5. DURING THE MUSLIM MONTH OF FASTING, WE PROVIDED BALANCED NUTRITIOUS MEALS AND REFRESHMENTS TO ALL ADMITTED PATIENTS OF TANKA-TANKA PSYCHIATRIC CENTRE AND BOUGHT A NEW BATTERY FOR THE AMBULANCE. MEALS WERE PROVIDED TO SELECTED COMMUNITIES DURING THE MONTH OF RAMADAN. WE PROVIDED FOOD FOR SOME ORPHANS AND THE POOR DURING EID FESTIVALS. WE PROVIDED MEALS AND REFRESHMENTS TO ALL ADMITTED PATIENTS OF THE EFSTH. WE ALSO SUPPLIED BABY FORMULAS NEW MOTHERS WHO ARE SICK AND CANNOT BREAST FEED THEIR BABIES. 6. WE CONSTRUCTED AND REHABILITATED TWO ORPHANAGE FACILITIES WHICH WERE IN DILAPIDATED CONDITION AND UNFIT FOR LIVING.
