COVID-19 VACCINATION PROGRAM FOR LOW-INCOME FAMILIES IN UNDER-SERVED AREAS2. SOCIAL SERVICES NAVIGATION FOR 5 INDIVIDUALS3. DIRECT PAYMENTS FOR 57 INDIVIDUALS NEEDING HELP PAYING RENT AND UTILITIES4.
