WHILE WE ARE UNAWARE OF EXACTLY HOW THE TREATMENT FACILITIES ALLOCATED THOSE FUNDS TO PATIENT ACCOUNTS, WE KNOW THAT MULTIPLE INDIVIDUALS WERE ABLE TO RECEIVE NEEDED CARE WHO COULDN'T OTHERWISE AFFORD IT.
