Part 3
SINCE CENTER FOR HOUSING EDUCATION AND FINANCIAL FITNESS WAS INITIALLY ESTABLISHED TO MOSTLY PROVIDE IN PERSON SERVICES. IN 2020 ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERS HAD TO STRATEGICALLY PLAN HOW TO CONTINUE ITS SERVICES VIRTUALLY DUE TO THE COVID 19 PANDEMIC. IT WAS DETERMINED IN 2021 THAT MORE STRATEGIC PLANNING INCLUDING MENTORSHIP AND TRAINING WAS NECESSARY TO DETERMINE HOW TO IMPLEMENT FUTURE PROGRAMS VIRTUALLY TO BE AFFECTIVE AND HAVE POSITIVE IMPACTS IN THE COMMUNITY. PROGRAMS HAVE CURRENTLY BEEN RE-DESIGNED AND LAUNCHED THE FIRST QUARTER OF 2022, SPECIFICALLY ITS FINANCIAL LITERACY PROGRAM THAT HAS A GOAL TO REACH 100 PARTICIPANTS.
