CENTER FOR HOUSING EDUCATION AND FINANCIAL FITNESS CONTINUED TO OFFER ITS FINANCIAL LITERACY EDUCATION SERVICES VIRTUALLY TO CONTINUE SAFETY MEASURES FOR COVID 19. THE ORGANIZATION SUCCESSFULLY LAUNCHED ITS YOUTH FINANCIAL LITERACY PROGRAM UTILIZING TWO APPROVED ORGANIZATIONAL ACCOUNTS PROVIDED BY EVERFI AND FDIC HOW MONEY SMART ARE YOU. EIGHT YOUTH ALONG WITH PARENTAL SUPPORT SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED THE PROGRAM, RECEIVING AWARDS AND OTHER RECOGNITION. THE AWARDS EVENT WAS ALSO HELD VIRTUALLY. ORGANIZATION RECEIVED TESTIMONIES FROM THE YOUTH AND PARENTS EXPRESSING THE IMPACT ON THEIR THOUGHTS ABOUT MANAGING MONEY AFTER COMPLETING THE PROGRAM. CENTER FOR HOUSING EDUCATION AND FINANCIAL FITNESS CONTINUES TO BUILD ON ITS FINANCIAL LITERACY PROGRAMS TO HELP INDIVIDUALS PUT INTO ACTION WHAT THEY LEARNED FUNDAMENTALLY SETTING AN ACTUAL FINANCIAL GOAL. ORGANIZATION IS IN THE PROCESSS OF BUILDING PARTNERSHIPS WITH YOUTH LEADERS TO ENROLL MORE STUDENTS IN ITS PROGRAM.
