THROUGH THE ORGANIZATION'S COACHING PROGRAM, THEY PROVIDE IN-DEPTH ONE-ON-ONE PERSONALIZED COACHING. THIS IN-DEPTH, GOAL-ORIENTED COACHING ACCEPTS CLIENTS THROUGH PARTNER REFERRALS AND VIA THEIR WEBSITE. IN FISCAL YEAR 2021, THE COACHING PROGRAM REACHED 1085 PEOPLE.
THROUGH THE ORGANIZATION'S ST. LOUIS BUILDS CREDIT PROGRAM, THEY OFFER FINANCIAL EDUCATIONS CLASSES, COMMUNITY CREDIT FAIRS, AND PERSONALIZED CREDIT REVIEWS. THE FIVE CORE FINANCIAL EDUCATION CLASSES OFFERED ARE HELD MONTHLY, AND DESIGNED TO GIVE A BASIS OF KNOWLEDGE AND SERVE AS THE BACKBONE FOR THE OTHER SERVICES OFFERED BY THE ORGANIZATION. COMMUNITY CREDIT FAIRS ARE PROVIDED WITHIN THE COMMUNITY, PROVIDING FICO CREDIT REPORTS, AS WELL AS PERSONALIZED ACTION PLANS, ALL WITHIN A 15-MINUTE ON-SITE MEETING.
