COMMUNITY NAVIGATOR -- THIS PROGRAM HAS NAVIGATORS CREATE CONNECTIONS WITH FAMILIES, INTERVIEW FAMILIES TO ASSESS NEEDS, AND ASSIST IN REDUCING FEELINGS OF ISOLATION DURING COVID-19. BASED ON A FAMILY'S IDENTIFIED NEEDS, STAFF AND VOLUNTEERS RESEARCH RESOURCES A FAMILY CAN ACCESS AND CONNECT THEM TO SERVICES, WHICH ALSO INCLUDES ACADEMIC AND E-LEARNING SUPPORTS FOR CHILDREN ENROLLED IN SCHOOL.
OTHER PROGRAMS -- INCLUDING OUR NEW HEALTH NAVIGATOR PROGRAM, AN URBAN AGRICULTURE GRANT, MENTORSHIP AND VOLUNTEER PROGRAMS, AND PROVIDING SCHOLARSHIPS TO REFUGEE STUDENTS.
