PROVIDE SHARED RESOURCES AND SERVICES TO MEMBER HOSPITALS; SUCH AS GRANT WRITING, STRATEGIC PLANNING, AND FUND DEVELOPMENT. FACILITATE AND MANAGE ACTIVITIES BETWEEN THE HOSPITALS AND COMMUNITY TO PROVIDE BETTER HEALTH SERVICES AT REDUCED COSTS.BUILD INFRASTRUCTURE FOR DATA MINING PROJECT, IMPLEMENT PROGRAMS THAT REDUCE COSTS AND IMPROVE HEALTH CARE SERVICES FOR HOSPITALS, SUCH AS A STAFF SHARE PROGRAM RESULTING IN AN APPROXIMATELY 43% COST REDUCTION FOR MEMBER PRN COSTS.BUILD INFRASTRUCTURE AND PROVIDE PROJECT MANAGEMENT FOR IMPLEMENTING TELEHEALTH IN MEMBER HOSPITALS.
