L.I.T. HAS CONTINUED TO SERVE ADOLESCENT MALES AND NOW FEMALES. L.I.T. WORKS TO ESTABLISH THE LIFTING OF THE CURRENT STANDARDS WITHIN THEIR COMMUNITIES BY PROVIDING INSTRUCTIONAL TRAINING THAT PROVIDES THEM WITH STRATEGIES AND TOOLS TO ADDRESS THEIR MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL HEALTH WHILE ALSO DEVELOPING LIFE AND INDEPENDENT LIVING SKILLS. IN 2023, I SERVED OVER 450 ADOLESCENTS AND 75 EDUCATORS AND MENTORS WITHIN THE SCHOOLD DISTRICT WITH THE INSTRUCTIONAL CURRICULUM I WROTE AND SUPPLENENTAL NEWLY CREATED TRAINING TOOLS THAT I HAVE DEVELOPED; THIS INCLUDED THOSE WITH DISABILITIES AND THOSE WITHOUT. I PUSH INTO THE CLASSROOM, USE THEIR UNSTRUCTURED TIME, PROVIDED 1 -ON-1 AND GROUP SERVICES. I ALSO FACILITATED STUDENT AND EDUCATOR TRAINING, CONSULTATIONS AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT BOTH IN THE SCHOOL DISTRICT AND IN THE COMMUNITY. THIS ALLOWED MY PROFESSION TO BE INTERWOVENED WITH THE NON-PROFIT WORK OF L.I.T.'S INSTRUCTION. THE NUMBER PRESENTED IS OVER AND ABOVE THOSE STUDENTS AND STAFF ON MY ASSIGNED/PAID WORKLOAD.
