FOUNDED IN 1989, PARTNERSHIP 4 KIDS IS A LEADING YOUTH DEVELOPMENT NONPROFIT THAT PROVIDES LONG-TERM SUPPORT FOR LIFELONG SUCCESS. CAREER AND SKILL-FOCUSED PROGRAMMING BEGINS IN PRE-KINDERGARTEN AND CONTINUES THROUGHOUT A STUDENT'S ACADEMIC JOURNEY. OUR PROGRAM PILLARS ARE: GOAL SETTING GROUP MENTORING POSTSECONDARY ACCESS AND CAREER EXPLORATION. FOR OVER THREE DECADES, P4K HAS BEEN SERVING OMAHA'S YOUTH WITH PROGRAMMING, SERVICES, AND A CONTINUUM OF SUPPORT DESIGNED TO STEWARD THEM THROUGH CRITICAL ACADEMIC TRANSITIONS BEGINNING IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AND CONTINUING THROUGH POSTSECONDARY EDUCATION. PARTNERSHIP 4 KIDS, INC. P4K OPERATES COMPREHENSIVE MENTORING PROGRAMS FOR AT RISK YOUTH IN THE GREATER OMAHA, NEBRASKA METROPOLITAN AREA. P4K, A NEBRASKA NON-PROFIT CORPORATION, PROVIDES GROUP MENTORING SERVICES TO MIDDLE SCHOOL AND HIGH SCHOOL AGED CHILDREN, AS WELL AS GOAL SETTING SERVICES TO ELEMENTARY AGED CHILDREN. P4K WAS FORMED IN 2007 WHEN TWO LOCAL YOUTH-SERVING ORGANIZATIONS, ALL OUR KIDS EST. 1989 AND WINNERS CIRCLE EST. 1996 JOINED FORCES TO PROVIDE UNDERSERVED YOUTH THE SUPPORT NEEDED TO STAY IN SCHOOL, GRADUATE, AND PURSUE POST-SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES. TODAY, P4K PROVIDES MENTORING SERVICES, ACADEMIC SUPPORT, LIFE SKILLS TRAINING, CAREER EXPLORATION, COLLEGE PREPARATION/ACCESS, AND THE INVALUABLE PRESENCE OF A VOLUNTEER ADULT ROLE MODEL, OR MENTOR, TO 3,100 URBAN YOUTH FROM PRE-KINDERGARTEN THROUGH TWELFTH GRADE WITHIN THE OMAHA PUBLIC SCHOOL OPS DISTRICT.
