HIRED AND TRAINED ADDITIONAL AT-RISK YOUTHS DURING THE FISCAL YEAR. SOME EMPLOYEES WERE TRAINED TO FIX BIKES AND TAUGHT THE HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENTAL BENEFITS OF BICYCLING TO SHARE WITH THE PUBLIC. OTHER EMPLOYEES WERE TAUGHT HOW TO BREW A CUP OF COFFEE AND THE VALUES OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.
