2021 WAS A YEAR OF EXCITING GROWTH FOR THE OUTWORDS ARCHIVE. BETWEEN JUNE 2021-JUNE 2022, WE RECORDED 50 NEW INTERVIEWS. WE DEVELOPED NEW REVENUE STREAMS INCLUDING PROVIDING PAID PROGRAMMING TO OUTSIDE COMPANIES AND ORGANIZATIONS FOR THEIR DEI INITIATIVES. WE ALSO LAUNCHED AN UPGRADED DIGITAL PLATFORM TO SHARE OUR STORIES WITH THE WORLD, FREE OF CHARGE. OUTWORDS CONTINUES TO RECEIVE SUPPORT FROM A BROAD COALITION OF PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS, FOUNDATIONS AND GOVERNMENT ENTITIES INCLUDING THE MELLON FOUNDATION, GILEAD, THE CITY AND COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES, AND THE CALIFORNIA ARTS COUNCIL. WE ARE WELL POSITIONED FOR CONTINUED GROWTH IN 2022-2023 AND BEYOND.
