INSTRUCTION TRAINING:INSTRUCTOR TRAINING IS A UNIQUE WEEK-LONG INTENSIVE PROGRAM FOR FEMALE-IDENTIFIED SELF-DEFENSE INSTRUCTORS, BOTH ASPIRING AND EXPERIENCED, WHO WANT TO DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS TO DELIVER ESD TRAINING IN THEIR COMMUNITIES. GRADUATES OF THE TRAINING ARE QUALIFIED TO PROVIDE A 10-HOUR ESD COURSE TO ADULTS, AS WELL AS SHORTER FORMATS. AFTER COMPLETING THE TRAINING, TRAINEES PARTICIPATE IN A 2-YEAR MENTORSHIP PROGRAM TO CONTINUE TO DEVELOP AS ESD INSTRUCTORS WITH THE SUPPORT OF EXPERTS IN THE FIELD. ESD GLOBAL OFFERS SCHOLARSHIPS FOR PROGRAM TUITION, TRAVEL COSTS, WAGE REPLACEMENT, AND SUPPORT CARE TO ALLOW PARTICIPANTS TO ATTEND TRAININGS. EDUCATION:ESD GLOBAL'S MISSION IS TO SCALE ACCESS TO EMPOWERMENT SELF-DEFENSE CLASSES WORLDWIDE.
