ADMINISTER AND ENFORCE COVENANTS FOR PRESERVING THE ARCHITECTURE AND APPEARANCE OF THE MEDICAL AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT KNOWN AS "DOCTORS' PARK" IN CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI. OWN AND MAINTAIN COMMON GREEN AREAS, STREETS, AND SIDEWALKS OF THE DEVELOPMENT FOR THE USE AND BENEFIT OF (1) THE ENTIRE MEDICAL, DENTAL AND PROFESSIONAL COMMUNITY THAT UTILIZES DOCTORS' PARK FACILITIES FOR THE PROVISION OF MEDICAL, DENTAL, AND OTHER PROFESSIONAL SERVICES; (2) THE PATIENTS AND CLIENTS OF SUCH PROFESSIONALS; AND (3) THE GREATER CAPE GIRARDEAU COMMUNITY AS A WHOLE BY PROVIDING AN ATTRACTIVE, PARK-LIKE, SETTING FOR MEDICAL, DENTAL AND OTHER PROFESSIONAL USE, WITH AMPLE LANDSCAPED, OPEN AREA, ATTRACTIVE HIGH QUALITY STRUCTURES, PROPER AND DESIRABLE USE, AND APPROPRIATE IMPROVEMENT OF THE PROPERTIES WITHIN THE DEVELOPMENT.
