AS A NATIONAL PROVIDER OF PUBLIC SERVICE COMMUNICATION, THE AMERICAN MEDIA COUNCIL PROVIDES OUTREACH CAMPAINGS PRESENTING PRESSING SOCIAL ISSUES CONCERNING AMERICA. AMERICAN MEDIA COUNCIL IS DEDICATED TO RAISING THE UNDERSTANDING OF AND ENCOURAGING ACTION ON IMPORTANT ISSUES INCLUDING THE US CONSTITUTION AND BILL OF RIGHTS, STUDENT CIVICS EDUCATION, CLIMATE CHANGE, THE SHARING ECONOMY, ECONOMICS, AND OVER A DOZEN ADDITIONAL TOPICS OF IMPORTANT PUBLIC DISCUSSION. USING PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENTS ON RADIO AND OTHER ELECTRONIC MEDIA AND INTERNET-BASED SOCIAL MEDIA OUTREACH, WE SERVE THE AMERICAN PUBLIC TO ENABLE THEM TO BE A MORE INFORMED AND ACTIVE SOCIETY.

THE AMERICAN MEDIA COUNCIL DEVELOPS AND DELIVERS VIA SOCIAL MEDIA, THE INTERNET, AND ELECTRONIC MEDIA, CAMPAIGNS TO HELP PEOPLE IMPROVE THEIR LIVES AND ENABLE THEM TO BE A MORE INFORMED SOCIETY. WE ALSO PRODUCE THESE CAMPAIGNS ON BEHALF OF OUR NON-PROFIT MESSAGING PARTNERS EACH FOCUSING ON SPECIFIC AREAS OF PUBLIC INTEREST. WE ACHIEVE THIS THROUGH DONATED AND PAID MEDIA RESOURCES. WE OBTAIN THESE SERVICES THROUGH OUR MEDIA PARTNERS, EXTERNAL SERVICES FROM TECHNOLOGY, INTERNET, AND CREATIVE PARTNERS THAT ARE PROVIDED TO ACCOMPLISH THESE PROGRAM GOALS. PSA AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS INCLUDE: THE AMERICAN CONSTITUTION AND BILL OF RIGHTS EDUCATIONAL SERIES, THE SHARING ECONOMY PROGRAM, CITIZEN JOURNALISM OUTREACH TRAINING, AND ENCOURAGEMENT AND SUPPORT OF MINORITY OWNED BUSINESSES AND ENTREPRENEURS, AMONG OTHER CAMPAIGNS. PROGRAMS UNDER DEVELOPMENT INCLUDE CIVIL SOCIETY EDUCATION, CLIMATE CHANGE, ENERGY, CIVICS EDUCATION, AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF VOLUNTEER FUNDING TECHNOLOGY TO ENABLE INDIVIDUAL PARTICIPATION IN SOCIAL ISSUES OF MULTIPLE NON-PROFIT PARTNER ORGANIZATIONS.
