WE HAVE MADE INCREDIBLE PROGRESS ON OUR TEACHER HOUSING INITIATIVE.SINCE FALL OF 2020, WE HAVE RAISED $715,000 FOR AFFORDABLE TEACHER HOUSING.AS OF DECEMBER 2022, WE HAVE ONLY $85,000 LEFT TO PAY ON OUR HOUSING LOAN.WE CONTINUE TO PROVIDE AFFORDABLE HOUSING TO THREE GARDINER PUBLIC SCHOOL TEACHERS.WE HAVE PARTNERED WITH PCRS360 AND THE JED FOUNDATION TO PROVIDE MENTAL AND BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES TO STUDENTS, FAMILIES, AND STAFF ACROSS PARK COUNTY.WE AWARDED $99,000 TO PCRS360 TO SUPPORT MENTAL HEALTH IN OUR SCHOOL.WE AWARDED $17,750 IN CONNECT! GRANTS (CLASSROOM GRANTS) IN 2022, ULTIMATELY IMPACTING 452 INDIVIDUALS IN OUR COMMUNITY. (NOTE: WE APPROVED $20,000 IN REQUESTS, BUT TWO PROJECTS REQUESTED ROLL-OVERS).IN OCTOBER 2022, WE AWARDED AN UNPRECEDENTED NUMBER OF CONNECT! GRANT REQUESTS TOTALLING MORE THAN $17,000 ACROSS NINE APPLICATIONS (WHICH WILL BE REFLECTED IN THE 2023 BUDGET). THIS INDICATES THE STRENGTH,SUCCESS, AND IMPORTANCE OF THIS PROGRAM!WE PROVIDED FUNDING AND LOGISTICAL SUPPORT FOR EMERGENCY BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL CARE FOR STUDENTS AND FAMILIES IMPACTED BY THE JUNE 2022 FLOOD.WE RECEIVED PRESTIGIOUS GRANTS FROM AMB WEST PHILANTHROPIES, FIRST INTERSTATE BANK AND FOUNDATION,COMMUNITY CLOSET FOUNDATION, THE GARDINER RESORT AREA DISTRICT, PARK COUNTY COMMUNITY FOUNDATION, THE GIANFORTE FAMILY FOUNDATION, AND NORTHWESTERN ENERGY.WE RAISED A TOTAL OF $174,400 IN GRANTS AND $368,100 IN DONATIONS.IN ADDITION, WE PROVIDED GRANT WRITING SUPPORT FOR GARDINER PUBLIC SCHOOLS AND LITTLE PEOPLES LEARNING CENTER.GRANTS WRITTEN BY NYEF EARNED GPS $110,000 AND LPLC $40,700 IN GRANT SUPPORT.WE HELPED BUILD A NEW SCHOOL PLAYGROUND AT GARDINER SCHOOL.NYEF PROVIDED A FREE GRANT WRITING WORKSHOP IN OCTOBER 2022.NYEF HAS MADE EXCELLENT STRIDES IN COMMUNICATION AND COLLABORATION ACROSS COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS.
