THE GARDINER CHAMBER OF COMMERCE SERVES TO PROMOTE BUSINESS AND TOURISM IN THE COMMUNITY.

TO WORK WITH THE COMMUNITY TO BUILD SUSTAINABLE SUPPORT AND ENHANCE INNOVATIVE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR STUDENTS, TEACHERS AND COMMUNITY MEMBERS IN PARTNERSHIP WITH GARDINER PUBLIC SCHOOLS.

The goal of this organization is to gather, store and distribute food to indigents at no charge or at low cost.

THE ORGANIZATION SUPPORTS THE SMALL RURAL COMMUNITY OF GARDINER MT BY MAINTAINING A COMMUNITY CENTER FOR GATHERINGS AND EVENTS AS WELL AS MAINTAINING THE SMALL PARK AT THE ENTRANCE TO YELLOWSTONE NATIONAL PARK. THE LONG-TERM GOAL OF THE ORGANIZATION INCLUDES RENOVATION OF THE COMMUNITY CENTER AS WELL AS RAISING FUNDS TO ESTABLISH A LIBRARY FOR THE COMMUNITY, IN CONJUNCTION WITH PARK COUNTY MT.

MISSION:

THE CLUB WAS ORGANIZED IN 2001 BY LOCAL PARENTS TO SUPPLEMENT THE GARDINER SCHOOL DISTRICT IN RAISING FUNDS TO SUPPORT SPORTS, ART, MUSIC AND OTHER EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES. GARDINER IS A SMALL ISOLATED RURAL COMMUNITY AT THE NORTHEAST ENTRANCE TO YELLOWSTONE NATIONAL PARK, AND MANY STUDENTS ARE DEPENDENTS OF PARK EMPLOYEES. FEDERAL FUNDING FOR THESE CHILDREN CEASED SUDDENLY IN 2014, AND FUNDS RECEIVED FROM THE BORDERING STATES OF WYOMING AND MONTANA WERE INSUFFICENT TO ADDRESS THEIR NEEDS.

The goal of this organization is to provide opportunities for people to satisfy their inner needs and enhance their spiritual growth through organized worship or through other devotional activities under the auspices of one of the group of religious faiths that is based on the teachings of Jesus Christ.
