CONSTRUCTION PROJECT FOR A RAILROAD RELOAD CENTER LOCATED BETWEEN ONTARIO AND NYSSA OREGON. THE ORGANIZATION IS A SUBGRANTEE OF MALHEUR COUNTY OREGON WHO RECEIVED A GRANT FROM THE OREGON DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION. THE RELOAD CENTER WILL ALLOW AREA GROWERS AND SHIPPERS TO DISTRIBUTE THEIR ONIONS TO THE EAST COAST AND MIDWEST WITH LESS COST AND LESS TIME.
