THE HERO FOUNDATION IS COMMITTED TO CREATING WAYS TO LIFT THE HAITIAN MEDICAL AND SECURITY SYSTEMS TO MEET THE NEEDS OF ALL CITIZENS. WE ARE ACTIVE IN THE HOSPITAL, PRE-HOSPITAL, DISASTER, AND POLICE AGENCIES OF HAITI, AND WE PROVIDE UNIQUE SOLUTIONS TO SUPPORT THESE SECTORS IN WAYS THAT MEET BOTH THE IMMEDIATE NEEDS AND LONG-TERM GOALS FOR THE FUTURE BETTERMENT OF THE COUNTRY.

AMBULANCE SERVICE/HEALTH CARE - HERO FOUNDATION INC. SUPPORTS EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES AND RESCUE WORK FOR UNDERSERVED HAITIANS, WHO HAVE NO ABILITY TO PAY. WE ALSO COVER THE PAYMENT FOR MEDICAL EXPENSES SUCH HAS HOSPITALIZATION, SURGERY, DIAGNOSTIC IMAGERY IN EMERGENCY CIRCUMSTANCES THAT COULD CAUSE LOSS OF LIFE, IF THE PATIENT WOULD OTHERWISE NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THIS CARE.
URGENT CARE - HERO FOUNDATION IS CURRENTLY AIDING IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF SUSTAINABLE ACUTE CARE CENTERS, TELEMEDICINE PROGRAMS AND REMOTE MEDICAL SERVICES THAT WILL BENEFIT THE HAITIAN COMMUNITY IN HAITI.
GROUND TRUTH - GROUND TRUTH PROVIDES A CRITICAL GAP COVERAGE DURING DISASTERS, TO SUPPORT THE US MILITARY AND OTHER FOREIGN AID AGENCIES IN THE FIRST TWO (2) WEEKS OF A MAJOR INCIDENT (EARTHQUAKE, HURRICANE, ETC.) IN HAITI. GROUND TRUTH IS A RADICALLY PRAGMATIC DIVISION OF THE HERO FOUNDATION MANAGED BY AN ALL-VOLUNTEER TEAM OF FORMER U.S. SPECIAL FORCES, EMERGENCY MANAGERS, SAR PROFESSIONALS, COMMUNICATION AND GEOSPATIAL EXPERTS AND REMOTE MEDICAL PERSONNEL. THE VOLUNTEER MEMBERS OF THIS DIVISION ARE THOROUGHLY EXPERIENCED IN HAITI SPECIFICALLY, MANY OF WHOM LIVE IN HAITI AND CAN PRE-POSITION IN ADVANCE OF SOME EVENTS.
