THE SPECTRA PROGRAM IS A 9-MONTH COURSE. SPECTRA IS AN EXPERIENTIAL TRAINING PROGRAM THAT DEEPLY ENGAGES CONSIOUSNESS, PERSONAL AND COLLECTIVE EVOLUTION, AND SERVICE TO THE WORLD.
THE ORGANIZATION HOLDS ONE-DAY, THREE-DAY AND SEVEN-DAY RETREATS FOCUSED IN SILENT MEDITATION WHICH ALLOWS PARTICIPANTS TO EXPLORE THEIR OWN PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL COMPOSITION AND TO FIND DEEPER PERSONAL MEANING TO THEIR LIVES.
ONGOING MINDFULNESS COURSES BEING OFFERED. COURSE PARTICIPANTS RANGE FROM INDIVIDUAL STUDENTS TO LARGE GROUPS AND ORGANIZATIONS.
