PUBLISHING MINISTRY - PRINT AND DISTRIBUTE CHRISTIAN BOOKS, BIBLES, PERIODICALS AND MEDIA PRODUCTS THAT ARE THEOLOGICALLY CONSISTENT WITH TYNDALE HOUSE MINISTRIES' (THM) CHRISTIAN BELIEFS AND HAVE MINISTRY VALUE TO CHURCHES AND INDIVIDUALS IN THE US AND CANADA. DURING THE YEAR, THM PUBLISHED A WIDE RANGE OF SUCH WORKS, INCLUDING BIBLES TARGETED TO VARIOUS DEMOGRAPHIC GROUPS, THEOLOGICAL BOOKS, CHRISTIAN NONFICTION BOOKS SUCH AS BIBLE STUDY GUIDES, AND BOOKS ON CHRISTIAN LIVING (INCLUDING HEALTH, FINANCES, FAMILY ISSUES, COUNSELING, EDUCATION, CURRENT EVENTS, HISTORY, AND ART). THM ALSO PUBLISHED CHRISTIAN FICTION WORKS, BOTH FOR ADULTS AND FOR CHILDREN. GENEROUS GIVING - ISSUE GRANTS TO MINISTRIES AROUND THE WORLD THAT ARE INVOLVED WITH BIBLE TRANSLATION, LITERATURE DISTRIBUTION, LEADERSHIP TRAINING, AND HUMANITARIAN AID IN FURTHERANCE OF TYNDALE HOUSE MINISTRIES' (THM) CHRISTIAN MISSION. THROUGH GRANT-MAKING ACTIVITIES, THM BUILT ON THE LONG AND SUCCESSFUL HISTORY OF GRANT-MAKING THAT HAD BEEN OPERATED BY TYNDALE HOUSE FOUNDATION. THM'S GRANT-MAKING FOCUSES ON THREE MAIN AREAS OF ENDEAVOR: (1) CHRISTIAN LITERATURE WORK BOTH IN THE USA AND IN OTHER COUNTRIES, (2) EVANGELICAL CHRISTIAN ENDEAVORS OF VARIOUS TYPES BOTH IN THE USA AND IN OTHER COUNTRIES, AND (3) CHARITABLE WORK IN THE GREATER CHICAGO AND DUPAGE COUNTY AREA.
