ARAMAIC BIBLE TRANSLATION, INC. IS A NONPROFIT ENTITY ORGANIZED TO ADVANCE, FOSTER, ENCOURAGE, PROMOTE AND IMPROVE THE TRANSLATION OF THE BIBLE INTO MODERN ARAMAIC DIALECTS, DISSEMINATE THE TRANSLATIONS, AND PRESERVE THE ARAMAIC LANGUAGE HERITAGE.

ASSYRIAN - THE ASSYRIAN TEAM COMPLETED THE BOOK OF NEHEMIAH WHICH HAS BEEN DRAFTED AND CONSULTANT CHECKED. HEAD TRANSLATOR DEMSIN HAS ALSO BEEN WORKING ON THE ASSYRIAN REVISED VERSION BIBLE WHICH SOME OF THE US ASSYRIAN CHURCHES PREFER.


MARDINI PROJECT - THE MARDINI TEAM HAS SUCCESSFULLY DRAFTED ALL OF JOB, ECCLESIASTES, SONG OF SOLOMON, AND ISAIAH. ALL BOOKS HAVE BEEN CHECKED WITHIN THE COMMUNITY FOR READABILITY AND QUALITY. THE TEAM IS ALSO FOCUSED ON DEVELOPING A WORDLIST WHICH WILL HELP THE PROJECT IN THE LONG RUN.


MA'LULI - THE MA'LULI TEAM HAS DRAFTED JOB, SONG OF SONGS, NEHEMIAH, AND ESTHER. THE POLITICAL CRISIS IN THE AREA THE LANGUAGE IS SPOKEN HAS MADE IN PERSON VISITS IMPOSSIBLE WHICH HAS AFFECTED COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT. THE TEAM CONTINUES TO WORK REMOTELY AND HOPES TO COMPLETE THE DRAFTING OF THE COMPLETE BIBLE WITHIN THE NEXT TWO YEARS.


SURYOYO - THE SURYOYO TEAM WILL COMPLETE THE DRAFTING OF THE COMPLETE BIBLE, NOT INCLUDING NECESSARY REVISIONS, IN DECEMBER OF 2024. ADDITIONALLY WE PUBLISHED AND DISTRIBUTED THE CHILDREN'S BIBLE IN SURYOYO AND HAVE BEGUN THE PROCESS OF PUBLISHING A STAND ALONE PSALMS BOOK.
