WE EXIST TO ADVANCE, ENCOURAGE, AND PROMOTE INDUSTRIAL, ECONOMIC, COMMERCIAL, AND CIVIC DEVELOPMENT FOR COPLEY TOWNSHIP OHIO. WE ARE A QUASI-GOVENRMENTAL ENTITY THAT OPERATES SEPARATELY FROM THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT.

ENTITY ORGANIZED IN 2018. PURCHASED FIRST PROPERTY IN TOWNSHIP DURING 2018. PURCHASED SECOND IN 2019. PURCHASED THIRD IN 2020. IN 2021 A BUILDING ON THE THIRD PROPERTY WAS DEMOLISHED TO RETURN THE SITE TO ITS NATURAL STATE. A FOURTH PROPERTY (LAND ONLY) WAS PURCHASED IN 2021. ADDITIONAL PROPERTIES WERE ACQUIRED DURING 2022 AND 2023 FROM DONATIONS BY THE TOWNSHIP. COPLEY COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT CORPORATION ALSO GAVE GRANTS TO MULTIPLE TOWNSHIP ORGANIZATIONS TO ASSIST IN STARTING OR GROWING THEIR BUSINESSES IN 2023.
