WE EXIST TO ADVANCE, ENCOURAGE, AND PROMOTE INDUSTRIAL, ECONOMIC, COMMERCIAL, AND CIVIC DEVELOPMENT FOR COPLEY TOWNSHIP OHIO. WE ARE A QUASI-GOVENRMENTAL ENTITY THAT OPERATES SEPERATELY FROM THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT.

ENTITY ORGANIZED IN 2018. PURCHASED FIRST PROPERTY IN TOWNSHIP DURING 2018. PURCHASED SECOND IN 2019. PURCHASED THIRD IN 2020. IN 2021 A BUILDING ON THE THIRD PROPERTY WAS DEMOLISHED TO RETURN THE SITE TO ITS NATURAL STATE. A FOURTH PROPERTY (LAND ONLY) WAS PURCHASED IN 2021. ADDITIONAL PROPERTIES WERE ACQUIRED DURING 2022 FROM DONATION BY THE TOWNSHIP. ALSO GAVE GRANTS TO SEVERAL TOWNSHIP ORGANIZATIONS TO ASSIST IN STARTING OR GROWING THEIR BUSINESSES IN 2022.
