THE HAMLIN MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT IS A NONPROFIT MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT CREATED AND ORGANIZED UNDER THE CONSTITUTION AND LAWS OF THE STATE OF TEXAS. IT IS THE MISSION OF THE MDD TO AID THE CITY OF HAMLIN AND ANY INTERESTS PRIVATE OR PUBLIC IN MAKING THE COMMUNITY A BETTER PLACE TO LIVE, WORK, AND CONDUCT BUSINESS ACTIVITIES.
