ASSIST OWNERS IN OPERATING AND MAINTAINING THE PROPERTY. UNDERTAKE OTHER FUNCTIONS/ACTIVITIES THAT ARE ANCILLARY TO THE OPERATION OF THE PROPERTY FOR GOVERNMENTAL PURPOSES AS AUTHORIZED/DIRECTED BY OWNERS. ENGAGE IN ANY ANCILLARY OR RELATED ACTIVITIES, ALL IN ORDER TO REDUCE THE BURDENS OF GOVERNMENT FOR EACH OF THE OWNERS BY ASSUMING RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE OPERATION OF THE PROPERTY THAT THE OWNERS WOULD OTHERWISE BE REQUIRED TO PERFORM.
