UNDERTAKE OTHER FUNCTIONS/ACTIVITIES THAT ARE ANCILLARY TO THE OPERATION OF THE PROPERTY FOR GOVERNMENTAL PURPOSES AS AUTHORIZED/DIRECTED BY OWNERS.
