CARE COORDINATORS - THE ORGANIZATION FUNDS THREE CARE COORDINATORS. THE CARE COORDINATORS PROVIDE A FREE SERVICE THAT SEEKS TO HELP ADDICTED INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES NAVIGATE THROUGH THE SYSTEM. THE CARE COORDINATORS UTILIZE A HOPE LINE, WHICH IS A FREE SERVICE THAT IS PROVIDING A ONE-STOP RESOURCE FOR AFFECTED FAMILIES OF ADDICTS TO GET CONNECTED TO THE HELP THEY NEED.
SUPPORT JUDGE ROBERT PEELERS WARREN COUNTY DRUG COURT PROGRAM - THIS PROGRAM IS AIMED AT HELPING ADDICTS KICK HEROIN. THE ORGANIZATION FUNDS PROGRAMS TO REMOVE BARRIERS THAT THE PEOPLE WHO EXIT JUDGE PEELERS PROGRAM FACE AS THEY RETURN TO THEIR SOBER LIVES.
