RESIDENTIAL SERVICES - SERVED 790 CLIENTS FOR SUBSTANCE ABUSE ADDICTION AND SOCIAL DETOX SERVICES. CLIENTS SERVED CAME FROM ALL 15 UPPER PENINSULA COUNTIES AND SURROUNDING AREAS TO OUR FACILITIES LOCATED IN MARQUETTE AND SAULT STE MARIE, MICHIGAN.
OUTPATIENT SERVICES - OUR OUTPATIENT OFFICES ARE LOCATED THROUGHOUT THE UPPER PENINSULA OF MICHIGAN. 1,481 CLIENTS RECEIVED SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES, 191 RECEIVED MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES, 202 RECEIVED MEDICATION ASSISTED TREATMENT AND 672 RECEIVED MEDICAL SERVICES.
OFFENDER SUCCESS PROGRAM - SERVED 340 RETURNING CITIZENS, OFFERING A VARIETY OF SERVICES SUCH AS HOUSING SUPPORT, JOB PLACEMENT, SOCIAL SUPPORT AND BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES. OUR PROGRAM WAS RECOGNIZED BY THE MICHIGAN DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS FOR JOB PLACEMENT AND RETENTION.
