TO EXPOSE WASTEFUL AND INEFFICIENT SPENDING AT VARIOUS LEVELS OF GOVERNMENT. THE CENTER WILL EDUCATE THE PUBLIC AS TO HOW OFFICIALS POSITION THEMSELVES ON ISSUES OF CONCERN AND TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC ON THE ROOT CAUSES OF TAX INCREASES AND OPTIONS AVAILABLE TO LOWER THE BURDEN ON TAXPAYERS. THE CENTER WILL NOT BE ENGAGING IN POLITICAL CAMPAIGNS IN SUPPORT OF OR AGAINST THE CANDIDATES IN THEIR ELECTION.
